After this past weekends check out dives at Vortex Spring we have four new Open Water divers and two new Rescue divers. Chris Limberg, Briana Urbana, Jared Ouruda and Alton Stewart became Open Water Divers. Joey Bourg and Jimmy Guillot are now Rescue Divers. Congratulations to these divers and I want to thank them for a wonderful weekend.

We have another Open Water class this weekend March 18-20 with 5 people signed up. If you have been wanting to take the academic and pool sessions for the Open Water Diver certification tomorrow is the last day to sign up for this weekends course. The next open water certification trip will be April 1-3 and at this time it looks like we will be using Vortex Spring as the water temperature in the gulf is 55 at depth.
